National Catholic Schools Week 2018 is an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States sponsored by the National Catholic Educations Association. This year’s Catholic Schools Week was an exciting celebration for St. Francis students and their families!

Students played Catholic Bingo and Trivia games to test their knowledge of our Catholic faith. They celebrated our nation by making cards for military service men and women stationed overseas. They donated canned food to Catholic Charities of West Tennessee to feed needy members of our community. They shared what makes SFA special with family and friends at our Grandparents and Special Friends Night. Students showcased their amazing talent at the Variety show. They thanked parents with muffins at morning drop-off. The week ended with an all-school Mass where parent volunteers were recognized for their service to our school.

Principal, Kathy Scherer said, “My favorite part of Catholic Schools Week is students, families and faculty coming together to celebrate our wonderful school!”
