General Information
Bulletin Deadline - Information for the Bulletin must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m.Tuesdays. Announcements by e-mail or fax, must be accompanied by name and daytime phone number. Submit bulletin information to church office. To Advertise in the bulletin call 1-800-833-5941.
Envelopes - Following registration, new parishioners will receive envelopes within a few weeks. Envelopes are provided through an outside firm and are mailed every two months. Parishioners may also use a standard envelope with their name on it to make weekly contributions when envelopes are not in hand. Children's Envelopes are also available from the church office. Donation records for tax statements are picked up in the narthex after late January each year.
Finance Committee - The Finance Committee (mandated by church law), is an advisory committee appointed by the Pastor to assist in the planning and the financial stability of the parish.
Nursery - A nursery is provided for children 8 months to 3 years during the 5:00 pm, 8:45 am, 10:30 am and 12:15 pm masses. The nursery has two coordinators, parents are requested to periodically assist them at a given Mass to provide attentive, loving child care for our youngest parishioners.
Parish Council - The Parish Council is the preeminent consultative body of a parish. The work of the council is pastoral in nature, working with the pastor in serving the pastoral needs of the parish. It is comprised of representatives of the various parish organizations and ministries, as well as at-large members. All parishioners are welcome to attend the meetings.
Parish Registration - Anyone wishing to register with St. Francis of Assisi can pick up a Newcomer Information Packet at the Church entrance or pick up in the Church office. You can download a census form. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view this form. You can fill it out online and click the Submit button to send the information to the church office. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FORM IS NOT SECURE. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IF YOU WANT THE INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. If you prefer, you can print out the form, fill it out and drop it off at the church office.
