The work of participating in Christ's Work of Glorifying God and Sanctifying the Human Race is the context from which arises the DIOCESAN DEPARTMENT OF DIVINE WORSHIP.

MISSION: TO NURTURE the Sacramental and Liturgical life of the People of God in the Catholic Diocese of Memphis in Tennessee.

Thank you for visiting our web site.  We hope the information published here will introduce you to who we are and what we do.  The Department of Divine Worship is organized into several  Offices and an Institute for Liturgy and Spirituality.

• Nourish the liturgical life of the  people in West Tennessee in accordance with the Second Vatican Council; and 

• Provide a variety of opportunities for spiritual formation, growth and development.
