St. Anne-Memphis Study Corner

Study Corner is an early intervention program designed to assist students in achieving academic success. Its origin is a pro-active approach that provides intermittent assistance early in the educational experience, thus reducing the likelihood of developmental delays in language arts and math. This program is designed to enhance and reinforce classroom instruction through multi-sensory techniques which maximize learning and student memory in a positive educational climate for alternative learners.

Holy Rosary Learning Lab

The Learning Lab program is offered to students experiencing significant academic difficulty. Learning Lab for grades K-4 is a supplemental class to enhance the regular classroom curriculum. The student meets with a certified Special Education teacher at least three times each week for Math and/or Language Arts. Students in grades 5-8 who have been recommended by a teacher, phychologist and/or administration and have parental permission, meet with a certified Special Education teacher for Language Arts and/or Math daily during the regular schedule. Our goal for each student is to build on his strengths, help him to be successful and transition back to the regular classroom. Learning Lab is divided into three groups: K-3, grades 4-6 and Junior High.
