Fulfilling its role in the ministry of St. Ann parish, the mission of St. Ann Catholic School is to facilitate strong academic development; and, to nurture a lifelong commitment to Christ and the teachings of the Catholic Church in a way that promotes the spiritual and educational growth of each student, so that all students become responsible, productive and faith-filled citizens.

Religious instruction and prayer are essential parts of each day and an integral part of the entire curriculum. Spiritual and sacramental opportunities are provided throughout the school year. Community service is an important aspect of each student's development. Students participate in a wide variety of service activities. Quality instruction in the core areas provides a foundation for lifelong learning. A comprehensive music and fine arts program encourages each child's creativity. A fully equipped computer lab familiarizes students with the workings of computers and supplements the academic curriculum. The LIFE program provides assistance in reading and math to students needing more individualized attention. The SPARKS program provides learning opportunities for the gifted student in order to promote personal growth and a lifelong love of learning.

Saint Ann Catholic School is an important part of the Bartlett community. Since its opening in 1960, this parish school has grown from 150 to 685 students, 95% of whom are Catholic. The staff has also grown to 40 certified teachers, a full time counselor, and an administrative team. The school facility consists of 30 air-conditioned classrooms, library, computer lab, science lab, music room, band room, full-service cafeteria, gymnasium, and administrative offices. The newest addition was completed in 1991.
