In a series of appointments for the Diocese of Memphis, Bishop J. Terry Steib, S.V.D. has named Eileen Hivner (left) as Executive Director of Associated Catholic Charities, Inc. and has appointed Deacon Richard Griffith (right) as her replacement as the Secretary of Evangelization and Pastoral Services. Both appointments became effective November 17.
